Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Standard shipping (USPS) is $3.99 for your first item and $1.50 for each additional item, shown at checkout. A Build Your 3-Pack bundle counts as one item. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.

STASIS isn't responsible for carrier delays, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, email info@stasisprotocols.com and we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, including opened packs.

Because our packs contain personal-care and consumable items, we can't accept returns of items that have been used, such as opened pain reliever, tampons, pads, candy, or hydration powder.

To start a return, email info@stasisprotocols.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label, so return shipping is on us. Once we receive your return, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and run this site: your name, email, shipping address, order details, and basic site usage data.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to process orders, respond to you, and, only if you opt in, send occasional updates. We don't sell your personal information.

This site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies for things like your cart and site analytics. To access or delete your information, email info@stasisprotocols.com.

STASIS packs are sensory and comfort aids and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Some packs contain over-the-counter medication. Always read and follow the label, and talk to a healthcare professional if you have questions, take other medications, or have a medical condition. Packs contain small parts and are not intended for children.

Prices and availability may change without notice. To the extent allowed by law, STASIS isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products.
